Clickzy is a high-end fashion accessory brand specializing in button covers.
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, or policies. Any changes will always be updated on the website.

Orders

You can easily place an order through our webshop: add your favorite Clickzy products to your cart and check out securely using our available payment methods.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clickzy.nl.

Shipping

Netherlands: standard shipping cost €2.95
Delivery within 1–2 working days after the order is processed
Free shipping on orders over €50

All orders are processed and shipped via DHL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and, if applicable, a DHL track & trace link.

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Send a return request to info@clickzy.nl including your order number and reason for return.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.

Warranty

All our Clickzy button covers come with a 1-year warranty on the fastening mechanism.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and marketing communication for which you have given consent.
Data is not shared with third parties, except logistical partners for shipping.
