Complaints Procedure

At Clickzy, we strive for satisfied customers. However, it may occur that you have a complaint about a product or our service. In that case, you can contact us at info@clickzy.nl. Please include your name, order number, a description of the complaint, and, if applicable, a photo or video.

What You Can Expect from Us

After submitting your complaint, you will receive a confirmation within 2 working days. We aim to provide a substantive response or solution within 7 working days. If more time is needed for investigation, we will inform you.

Possible solutions may include: replacement, (partial) refund, repair, or another appropriate form of compensation depending on the situation.

Working Towards a Solution Together

We handle every complaint carefully and fairly. If you do not agree with the outcome, please let us know in a follow-up email so we can review the situation together. Your feedback helps us to further improve our service.
